I like you grew up on a farm/ranch, but in my case, a little further south than southwest Idaho. I reside in Alabama and have lived here all my life. Just recently I was introduced to network marketing and was given a cassette tape entitled, "Building Your Network Marketing Business." What a revelation!! The topics you spoke on and the way in which information flowed was like receiving a special gift from a special friend. I immediately began bonding with the philosophy and words of wisdom. Now that I have involved myself in network marketing, for just over a month, tapes and books continue to arrive at my job and my home. My library, which I am already proud of, has some new books but not on topics such as chemistry, physics, or engineering, but about changing my outlook on life and the methodology which accompanies such a change. As I mentioned earlier, the Deep South is my home and has afforded me with special breeding based on Biblical principals and teachings. For many years I taught Sunday School at a small Southern Baptist church and was highly involved in spiritual activities. Isn't it wonderful that a student of the bible, such as I, can glean so much wisdom just by listening to a man expound on "sowing good seeds" and why, "service to many leads to greatness." Your reminiscing about Mr. Earl Shoaf was so powerful. You were certainly blessed to have been exposed to such a learned human being. Dear Mr. Rohn, I hope that this letter of thanks comes out the way that I want it to. Having finally finished watching the DVD's of the weekend event that I got a couple of weeks ago. So I thought I'd start out with a quick testimonial. I live in town called Glenrothes in Scotland (near St Andrews) I am 23 years old. When I left school I trained as an engineer, got a job in my town then left to go to another engineering company not to far away. After two years I was made redundant then went to work in Holland for a year, finally got fed up with engineering and came home. Started working in sales by mistake, after about six months things went pear shaped I stuck it out for another six months because I liked the fact that I did not have a 9 to 5. I started my own distributor business in January working in network marketing and got introduced to personal development. I have always wanted to go back to school because I love to learn new things. The first cd that I listened to was, "How to Build Your Network Marketing Business". I usually listen to music when going to bed so I thought I'd do the same with your cd after one of our meetings. So I put the cd on and was up all night. I then started acquiring self development books. Then on one of your e-mails my attention was captured by the Weekend Event for $599 (Â£381) and had to have it. How can I put it, I have not had a lot of good luck when it comes to family, friends and mates. So emotions were hidden away inside of me and not used because I didn't have much hope. I haven't cried, be it happy crying or sad crying for about five years. I lost count how many times the tears were running down my face when watching the DVD's Mr. Ziglar, Mr. Charlie "Tremendous" Jones, Mr. Gitomer and all the other speakers have given me the hope of a better tomorrow, but none more than you. I know you must get thousands of letters like these every day but thought I'd send mine anyway just to say thank you with all my heart. Mrs. Ruhe called you one of her angels, I am not religious at this point but who knows all I can say is if there is a God you surely must be one of his angels. Challenge to Succeed

Twenty-two years ago, on August 6th-8th, my wife and I enjoyed a weekend in Carmel, CA with the Habersham Plantation Furniture people. They showed several videos of Jim Rohn. One of which was The Challenge to Succeed. Jim pointed out that the major key to a better future is you. That for things to change you've got to change. And all this time I had been trying to change others, putting the blame "out there." I still have my notes from that first "encounter" with Jim Rohn. The video said that I had to turn myself inside out and examine those things about myself that I wish to change. I thought, "He's talking about my drinking problem!" Based on the encouragement from that first Jim Rohn video, I vowed to quit drinking through the support of the Fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous. On Monday, August 9th, I wandered into the halls of the Tri-Valley Fellowship in Pleasanton, CA for my first AA meeting. I have not had to drink alcohol ever since. Several months later, October 1983, in Williamsburg, VA, once again with the Habersham Plantation owners, I had the opportunity to meet Jim Rohn in person as he delivered a talk/presentation on personal development. Being newly sober at the time, I did not admit to him that I was an alcoholic, and that he was directly responsible for planting the seeds for my recovery. Again, the theme was you are responsible for becoming a better person, thus making the future a better place, that you've got to change. So, after all these years, this is a letter of thanks. Thanks for being God's messenger! I apparently was ready to learn and change, but had not previously received the guidance to do so. Thank you, Jim Rohn for helping me to change my life. I suppose the Challenge To Succeed is the same one you sent the information on this morning, by email. I have to tell you, in September 1996 when I received a copy of the Challenge To Succeed, meant very little to me. Actually nothing meant much to me at that time. After losing Brice in January 1995, I felt I had little to live for. But this morning I reached for the Tape Folder and found my notes in the Booklet found inside. WOW! Has life changed since that weekend in Chicago with Jim. I know from my notes, I had a dream for a better future than I was experiencing when that Seminar was taking place. My heart has healed, my life has been changed and when I look at my notes, I realized that Jim has an impact on my life everyday, I just don't always know it. Isn't it funny how people make such profound changes in your life, even when they haven't been there for a long, long time. Such strengths when learned, for whatever reason, keep teaching us the things we need to do. I believe someone talks about the "Fibers of Our Lives", something else I have read or heard, well that is what these Seminars on Challenge to Succeed does. They may not mean anything, or they mean something, but until they are APPLIED we can't possibly put a value on their significance at the moment. Hi TC!, I read your interview in this weeks e-zine. I just got into Tae kwon do. I will receive my orange belt tonight. When I first started this course I was taken out by a 15 yr. old girl (green belt) I thought she was 20 or so. The training really made her seem more mature. I almost quit. Jim, just finished "Cultivating an Unshakable Character".... You are an outstanding man. And along with Anthony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Paul Mckenna and Richard Bandler, you have showed me that my dreams can come true No matter who I am, or where I come from. And it is with that dream that I send you the following email. I first wish to add that I have sent this email to Brian Tracy, Mike Litman, and Anthony Robbins, (who it is addressed to) however, despite who the recipient is, the meaning is still the same. You probably know Anthony Robbins quite well, so that is the reason why I have left it addressed to him, because when I wrote it, that's who I thought I'd be writing too. Then I heard from Brian Tracy, that the quality or quantity of my success would be with the people and relationships whether social or business, that are in it. Networking. So I thought, why not email him. So I did. And then I remembered that you also helped me, and so did Bundler, Mckenna and lately Mike Litman. Although no-replies yet, I wait patiently, knowing that even if I don't get a reply, I know its out there somewhere. Another note before I copy the email is that just yesterday, Saturday Dec 3rd, I saw the movie "Just Friends." And movies have a way of "pumping" me up, or inspiring me, well certain movies. Obviously the horror ones don't. But when I walk out of a movie theatre, I normally carry with me a sense of importance, and that dreams are possible. However this normally fades away when I get back home to my real life. But this movie is different in some way I cannot fully grasp. I know he was in a fatsuit, but the change of the main character from the fat geek to 13 years later, this fit muscular record dealer business man with lots of money, still has a feeling inside of me. He said the line, "Remember my name. Chris Brander!" or something along those lines when he left town. He came back 13 years later and well its a long story and if you haven't seen it I don't want to spoil it for you. If you have seen it, then you know what I mean. I just want to say that I order my package and paid for 2 day shipping from your web site and got a tracking number 709613919646 from FedEx on 09/06/06 and while following the package, FedEx said they delivered it to my front door at 12:27 09/08/06. Well I went to the front door and nothing... I looked around outside at other apartments and nothing.

I called FedEx and asked about it. They said that it showed delivered to your front door. I explained to the lady that it was not.

She then told me that I had to contact the shipper.. I said WHAT.. the shipper had nothing to do with it. They got the package to FedEx and you didn't deliver it like it says. I don't know what front porch it was delivered to but not mine. I also verified the address and I also checked with the office to see if it was delivered there and, no it was not

Anyway, I figured that I would reply back to your email. Let you know what happened, as I continued to search the property.

When I got a call from Hannah at Jim Rohn. I was so SHOCKED. I didn't even expect a response from you. Well Hannah was FANTASTIC.. She was GREAT. I can't say enough good words about her. I explained to her what happened and she said let me check with my shipping manager and with in less then half an hour called me back.. Again I was SHOCKED..

She took action immediately and has another package sent out to me. She gives true meaning to customer service. She went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I am sure this is not her regular job. But I thank you for having someone there like Hannah. I will be sure to order more from your web site.

I talked with two of your employees today Christin and Hannah (both were extremely helpful and courteous). I was extremely impressed with the attention both paid to doing their jobs. I have dealt with people in every aspect and I truly appreciate people that deal with telephone questions as well as these two hard working young women. They made me feel extremely well cared for and happy that they answered the telephone. Thank You for the attitude of these two people.

Hello Crystal, I didn't get around to downloading subject material until today. Just wanted you to know that it worked perfectly; your instructions were excellent. The quality of the recording is excellent as well. I didn't have time to listen to the entire recording as I recorded it onto audio tape, but my wife and I will listen to it soon. And as I told you Friday, for years Marcy and I bought every audio tape Jim made. And we listened to them many times over the years, and we still have them all. A
