Cancellations/Refunds/Exchanges

Procedures for Returning Product:

Non-US customers - Customs, Tariffs, and Taxes

International shipping rates calculated for your order do not include customs, duties or brokerage fees charged by individual countries.

International Shipping - To calculate the shipping charges for your selected product order, please do the following:

1. Add your product selections to the shopping cart

2. Click Check-Out - fill in your customer information and select International Shipping in the drop down box at the top of the right-hand column.

3. Hit Continue and you will be given the options to have your order shipped via FedEx based on the associated shipping costs.

 

Estimated International Delivery Times:

Delivery time via USPS can take up to 2-4 weeks.

Delivery time via FedEx is generally 7-10 business days.
